Business Development Manager – Brand Options Advertising (KSA)
Location : Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Role Overview
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for expanding Brand Options Advertising’s market presence across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, securing high-value accounts, and building strong relationships with clients in sectors such as retail, government, corporate, hospitality, and construction. The ideal candidate has strong commercial acumen, deep industry knowledge in signage and branding, and proven experience driving business growth in the KSA market.
Key Responsibilities
1. New Business Development
- Identify and target prospective clients across KSA through market intelligence, networking, and lead-generation activities.
- Develop customized proposals for signage, branding, outdoor media, digital screens, wayfinding systems, event branding, and large-format printing solutions.
- Lead negotiations and close contracts with clients from various industries including government entities, malls, real estate developers, advertising agencies, and corporate sectors.
- Drive business expansion in major regions including Riyadh, Jeddah, Eastern Province, and emerging markets.
2. Strategic Market Growth
- Conduct market analysis to forecast industry trends in advertising, signage, and visual communication within KSA.
- Identify opportunities aligned with Vision 2030 developments—new giga projects, infrastructure, tourism, retail expansions, and entertainment sectors.
- Develop and implement quarterly and annual business development plans to meet revenue targets.
- Monitor competitor offerings and differentiate Brand Options through pricing, quality, and service.
3. Client Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including marketing managers, procurement teams, architects, contractors, and brand managers.
- Conduct detailed needs assessments and present solutions that align with client branding objectives and installation timelines.
- Ensure seamless coordination between clients and internal departments for project execution.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction to generate repeat business and referrals.
4. Partnerships & Networking
- Establish relationships with advertising agencies, event organizers, interior fit-out companies, construction firms, and suppliers.
- Represent Brand Options at exhibitions, trade shows, tender briefings, and industry events across KSA.
- Leverage relationships to secure tenders and large-volume branding projects.
5. Sales Pipeline & Reporting
- Manage a structured sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Track leads, follow-ups, conversions, and revenue forecasts.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports for senior management.
- Evaluate sales performance and recommend tactics to improve win rates and client acquisition.
6. Internal Coordination
- Collaborate closely with the design, production, and installation teams to ensure competitive and realistic proposals.
- Support tender documentation, RFP submissions, and technical BOQs.
- Ensure pricing aligns with production capabilities and market standards.
- Work with marketing to develop sales materials, campaigns, and case studies relevant to the KSA market.
Requirements
Experience
- 7–12 years of business development or sales experience within signage, advertising, branding, or large-format printing.
- Strong experience working with KSA clients and familiarity with regional business culture.
- Proven record of securing medium–large scale signage and branding projects.
Skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and contract-closing abilities.
- Strong understanding of outdoor signage, fabrication materials, printing processes, and installation logistics.
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong presentation and proposal development skills.
Knowledge
- In-depth awareness of KSA advertising and branding market dynamics.
- Understanding of tendering processes with government entities and large corporations.
- Knowledge of safety standards, environmental regulations, and installation requirements in KSA.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
Preferred
- Valid Saudi driving license (or ability to obtain one).
- Arabic language proficiency (advantage, not mandatory).
- Connections within KSA’s retail, corporate, real estate, or government sectors.
