What will you be doing?
• Building a strong sales pipeline and consistently hitting revenue targets
• Owning your lead generation strategy and keeping activity levels high
• Running the full process from negotiation through to internal handover
• Leading and communicating your sales strategy within the team
• Sharing knowledge, contributing to a learning culture and being proactive in your development
• Living company values every day and setting the standard for others
What do you need?
• A genuine passion for consultative sales and long-term client relationships
• Experience selling into enterprise organisations with 1,000+ employees
• Learning & Development sales experience is essential
• A strong sales record over the last 24 months
• Arabic fluency would be ideal but not mandatory
