Business Development Manager – Legal Technology
Overview
We are partnering with a leading international Legal Technology provider that is expanding rapidly across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. As part of their regional growth strategy, they are looking to hire a high-performing Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition across key industries including Oil & Gas, Energy, and Financial Services.
This is a strategic, client-facing role focused on introducing innovative legal tech solutions that enable organisations to modernise legal operations, improve compliance, and enhance risk management in highly regulated environments.
Key Responsibilities

Drive new business sales across Saudi Arabia, targeting enterprise and strategic accounts.

Develop relationships with senior decision-makers including GCs, Heads of Legal, Compliance Leaders, and Digital Transformation teams.

Identify opportunities within Oil & Gas, Energy, and Financial Services sectors, aligning solutions to regulatory and operational needs.

Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through to negotiation and close.

Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to deliver tailored demonstrations and solution proposals.

Build and execute account strategies to penetrate complex organisations and multi-entity groups.

Maintain strong market awareness of legal innovation, regulatory change, and Vision 2030-driven transformation initiatives.

Represent the business at industry events, forums, and client engagements across the Kingdom.
What We’re Looking For

Proven track record in enterprise software / SaaS sales within Saudi Arabia.

Experience selling into Oil & Gas, Energy, Financial Services, or other highly regulated sectors.

Strong understanding of consultative, solution-led sales approaches.

Ability to engage C-level and senior stakeholders in complex organisations.

Experience navigating long sales cycles and government or semi-government environments is highly advantageous.

Arabic language skills are preferred but not essential.

Self-starter mindset with the ability to build pipeline in a high-growth market.
