We Are Hiring: Business Development Manager - LinkedIn Outreach

We build high-converting, performance-driven websites and we’re looking for someone who can get us in front of the right clients. This is a pure outbound role. No account management. No inbound leads. No fluff. You’ll be responsible for building prospect lists, writing outreach sequences, booking meetings, and reporting results. Simple as that.

You’re a Strong Fit If You:
Have hands-on experience running LinkedIn outreach campaigns with measurable results. Have sold services (not just products)Are comfortable using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or Expandi. Focus on performance metrics (reply rates, meeting rates), not just activity. Can write outreach messages yourself, no reliance on templates or others

This Role Is NOT for You If:
Your experience is primarily inbound sales or account management. You’ve only “managed” campaigns without executing them yourself. You’re not comfortable being accountable for outreach performance

Job Type: On-site | Hybrid | Remote role being offered.
