For the New York Office of Boutique Litigation Firm
Responsibilities include:

Working closely with the Director of Business Development and Marketing to advance and refine a proactive marketing and business development program that supports strategic firmwide priorities.

Supporting the development, tracking, and execution of individual attorney business development plans, including tracking outreach, follow-ups, and results, and ensuring milestones are aligned with the firm’s strategic goals.

Leveraging AI, CRM data, and reporting tools to improve efficiency, insight, and impact across marketing, business development, and awards processes.

Partnering with the Director to develop strategic, customized, and compelling pitch materials, capability statements, and RFP responses tailored to specific client opportunities.

Leading the preparation, coordination, and submission of legal directories and industry awards, including Chambers, Legal 500, Benchmark Litigation, and other relevant recognitions.

Collaborating with the team on the planning and execution of internal and external events, including invitation strategy, collateral development, attendee tracking, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up.
Qualifications include:

5+ years of business development experience in a law firm, preferably supporting litigation teams.

Working knowledge of CRM systems like InterAction+, AI-enabled tools for research and optimization and Microsoft Office web-editing and email marketing software.

Ability to develop strong relationships with attorneys and professionals at all levels, both internally and externally.

Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.

Proactive with a client-service orientation.

Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and balance tasks with various levels of urgency.
Salary: $150k-$180k
