Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the logistics industry.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales and business growth plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for expansion.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate with operations, customer service, and finance teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for clients.
  • Meet sales targets, monitor performance, and provide regular reports to management.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities to promote the company’s services.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of logistics solutions including freight forwarding, warehousing, transportation, and supply chain services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in business development, preferably in the logistics or supply chain industry.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics operations including freight, warehousing, customs, and distribution.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships, identify client needs, and offer tailored solutions.
  • Results-driven with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
