We specialize in high-end residential transformations, combining in-house civil construction teams with design-led project management. We are currently expanding our market share in the AED 2M – 5M+ luxury renovation sector.

The Role:
We are seeking a Business Development Manager with an architectural or interior design background. You will identify and pursue high-net-worth property owners in Dubai's most prestigious communities, acting as a consultant who bridges the gap between investment value and design excellence. This is a proactive "hunter" role, not an order-taking position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactive Hunting: Identify off-market renovation opportunities in Emirates Hills, Palm Jumeirah, and Al Barari through direct outreach and networking.
• Consultative Sales: Conduct expert site consultations to diagnose property needs and present ROI-driven renovation solutions.
• Network Building: Establish strategic partnerships with luxury real estate brokers to generate recurring referral business.
• Proposal Management: Collaborate with our design team to create and present winning proposals for AED 2M+ projects.

Requirements:

• Experience: 5+ years in luxury sales, high-end interior design, or construction fit-out in UAE.
• Background: Degree/Diploma in Architecture or Interior Design preferred. Ability to read technical drawings is essential.
• Track Record: Proven history of closing deals valued at AED 2M+ with HNWI clients.
• Skills: Strong financial acumen (ROI calculation), technical design literacy, and excellent English communication.
• Mobility: Valid UAE Driving License and own vehicle required.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary as per Experience + Commission: 1-2% on closed contracts (High earning potential)
• Allowances: Fuel & Mobile allowances provided
