About the Role

Hire-Sync is hiring on behalf of a global manufacturing company specializing in tube mills, pipe machinery, HF/RF welders, and turnkey solutions for steel tube and pipe production.

We are looking for a fluent Arabic-speaking Sales Executive to support and grow business activities in the Saudi market.

Key Responsibilities

• Support sales and business development across Saudi Arabia
• Identify and engage with industrial clients & steel manufacturers
• Generate leads, schedule meetings, and follow up on opportunities
• Coordinate with international teams for proposals and quotations
• Assist in client meetings, negotiations, and order follow-ups
• Provide market insights and customer feedback

Requirements

• ✔ Fluent Arabic (Mandatory) – spoken & written
• ✔ 2–5 years of experience in sales / business development
• ✔ Exposure to industrial products, machinery, or B2B sales preferred
• ✔ Familiarity with Saudi market and business practices
• ✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• ✔ Self-motivated and willing to grow in technical sales
