Business Development Manager (Marketing Services)

We are hiring a highly experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales and growth for our marketing agency. This is a critical role requiring deep expertise in selling marketing services to US clients. The ideal candidate must have a neutral to strong US accent, excellent communication skills, and a proven history of closing high-value deals in a marketing agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead sales and business development efforts for marketing services
  • Acquire and manage US-based clients through calls, meetings, and follow-ups
  • Pitch and sell marketing agency services (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Branding, Performance Marketing, etc.)
  • Handle the entire sales cycle: prospecting → discovery → pitching → closing
  • Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnership channels
  • Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to align client expectations
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Required Experience & Skills

  • 6–8 years of proven experience in Sales / Business Development
  • Mandatory experience selling marketing services in a marketing agency
  • Hands-on experience working with US clients
  • Strong US accent and excellent spoken English (mandatory)
  • Extensive experience with HubSpot
  • Proven track record of closing high-ticket marketing deals
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing services and pricing models
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills

Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

  • Marketing agency experience is MUST
  • US clients sales experience is MUST
  • US accent / near-native English is MUST
  • Experience in HubSpot is MUST

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling services in US, UK, or Canadian markets
  • Existing network of US marketing decision-makers
  • Experience with outbound sales, cold calling, and lead generation
  • CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
