Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition for our medical billing services in the US healthcare market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and building long-term relationships with healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new leads (clinics, physicians, healthcare providers in the US)
- Reach out via:
- -Cold emailing-LinkedIn outreach-Cold calling
- Schedule meetings with decision-makers (doctors, clinic managers)
- Pitch medical billing services and explain value proposition
- Convert leads into paying clients
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Develop partnerships with healthcare providers
- Work closely with the billing team to onboard new clients
- Maintain CRM and track all sales activities______________
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1–3 years experience in sales/business development (preferably in medical billing or BPO)
- Strong understanding of US healthcare market (preferred)
- Excellent English communication (spoken & written)
- Proven ability to close deals
- Experience in:
- - Cold outreach- Lead generation-Negotiation
- Self-driven and target-oriented mindset______________Preferred Qualifications
- Existing network of US healthcare providers (BIG PLUS)
- Experience selling medical billing or RCM services
- Familiarity with tools like:
- -LinkedIn Sales Navigator- CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)______________
- KPIs / Performance Metrics
- Number of qualified leads generated
- Meetings scheduled per week
- Conversion rate (lead → client)
- Monthly revenue generated
- Client retention rate
Shift: 7pm – 3 am
