We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager with a strong background in U.S. healthcare sales and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in generating leads, closing deals, and acquiring U.S.-based healthcare providers for medical billing services.
This role is best suited for professionals with experience in medical billing sales, healthcare BPO, and end-to-end RCM services, along with expertise in U.S. provider outreach.
Key Responsibilities
· Drive business growth by identifying and developing new opportunities in the U.S. medical billing market
· Acquire healthcare providers, including clinics, physician groups, and medical practices
· Promote and sell end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services
· Execute outbound sales strategies including cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and virtual meetings
· Develop customized proposals, pricing models, and service agreements
· Lead contract negotiations and successfully close new client deals
· Manage and maintain CRM systems, sales pipelines, and performance tracking reports
· Collaborate with billing and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery
Required Qualifications
· 3–5+ years of experience in business development within the U.S. medical billing or healthcare industry
· Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes
· Working knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS coding, HIPAA compliance, claims processing, and denial management
· Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
· Experience in healthcare BPO or medical billing services is highly preferred
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
· Ability to independently manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure

Job Details
Pay: Up to Rs200,000.00 per month
