Business Development Manager – Medical Rehabilitation & Home Care

• Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth within the UAE healthcare market. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of medical rehabilitation products, including wheelchairs, hospital beds, and home nursing equipment. You will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, building strategic partnerships with hospitals and clinics, and driving revenue growth for our specialized product lines.

• Key Responsibilities
• Market Expansion: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the UAE healthcare sector, targeting private and government hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and home care providers.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including procurement heads, clinicians, and facility managers.
• Product Expertise: Conduct professional demonstrations and technical presentations of rehabilitation products (e.g., manual/electric wheelchairs, specialized hospital beds, patient lifts, and respiratory home care devices).
• Tender Management: Lead the preparation and submission of commercial and technical bids for government (DHA, SEHA, MoHAP) and private healthcare tenders.
• Strategic Planning: Analyze market trends and competitor activity to develop effective sales strategies and pricing models.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the logistics and after-sales teams to ensure seamless delivery and maintenance support for clients.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Laboratory Sciences, or a related technical field is highly preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 4–6 years of proven sales or business development experience in the UAE Healthcare market.
• Product Knowledge: Solid expertise in Rehabilitation Equipment (Wheelchairs, Pressure Care, Mobility Aids) and Home Healthcare Products.
• Licensing: Must possess a valid UAE Driver’s License (Essential for site visits and client meetings).
• Language: Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required; Arabic proficiency is a significant advantage.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
