Job Opening: Business Development Manager – Middle East

Responsibilities
- Identifying and developing new sales opportunities and projects within the assigned region and sales channel.
- Monitoring the market and competition, and recommending product or sales strategy improvements.
- Building and strengthening relationships with customers: providing technical support, preparing offers, leading meetings and negotiations.
- Ensuring a high level of customer service, including post-sales activities.
- Collaborating with internal teams: sales, application engineering, customer service, marketing, and production.
- Planning and reporting activities in the CRM system.
- Preparing reports on sales activities and project progress.
Requirements
- Higher education—preferably technical (mechanical engineering, environmental engineering, construction engineering, or related fields).
- Minimum 10 years of B2B sales experience with technical or industrial products.
- Experience working with Middle Eastern markets, with a strong focus on Saudi Arabia.
- Solid understanding of regional business etiquette and cultural dynamics in the Middle East.
- Excellent communication skills, creativity, and strong business professionalism.
- Understanding of the B2B ecosystem: investors, designers, contractors, distributors.
- Strong negotiation and sales conversation skills.
- Excellent command of English (fully comfortable with presentations, meetings, and documentation); Arabic language skills considered an additional asset.
- Prior experience collaborating with project consultants will be considered a strong advantage.
- A solid understanding of heat exchangers will be highly valued.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
