It is a leading tech company that specializes in AI-powered marketing, custom web and app development, and intelligent platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and nurture leads across verticals using platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Mailchimp, Snov.io, and HubSpot
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent outreach and follow-up
- Convert leads into revenue-generating opportunities through persuasive communication and strategic targeting
Executive Support & Meeting Alignment
- Schedule and coordinate high-impact meetings for the CEO with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Prepare briefing notes, pitch decks, and follow-up materials to support executive engagements
Marketing & Outreach Automation
- Design and execute targeted email campaigns and drip sequences using Mailchimp and HubSpot
- Utilize Apollo.io and Snov.io for contact enrichment, segmentation, and outreach personalization
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on engagement metrics
Reporting & Analytics
- Track KPIs including lead conversion rates, meeting outcomes, and revenue impact
- Present weekly reports to the CEO and leadership team with actionable insights
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years in business development, sales, or marketing roles within tech, healthcare, or staffing sectors
- Prior experience supporting C-suite executives or managing enterprise-level accounts
- Familiarity with multi-vertical business models and cross-functional collaboration
