The Opportunity:
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Business Development Manager to pioneer and manage our brand's expansion across the USA, Europe, UK, and Canada. This is a high-impact role for a self-starter who can build our international business from the ground up, manage key relationships, and achieve ambitious sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Expansion: Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to establish and grow the QNQ brand in the target international markets (USA, EU, UK, Canada).
- Channel Development: Identify, qualify, and onboard new distributors, importers, and direct industrial clients (B2B).
- Key Account Management: Manage and nurture relationships with large key accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor analysis.
- Commercial Proposals: Prepare competitive pricing, persuasive proposals, tender documents, contracts, and long-term business plans.
- Trade Marketing: Lead our participation in key global trade exhibitions (e.g., NSC Expo USA, A+A Germany, Canton Fair) to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Sales Target: Be directly responsible for achieving and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for gloves and workwear.
- Internal Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality Assurance, Logistics) to ensure seamless order execution and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Education: Must hold a Master’s degree or a Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Textile Technology, or a closely related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7–10 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the PPE, workwear, or safety gloves industry.
- Market Knowledge: Mandatory and demonstrable experience with strong knowledge of the international B2B landscape, especially in the USA, Europe, UK, and Canada. Existing network is a significant plus.

- Proven ability to open new markets and close high-value deals.
- Strong analytical skills for pricing, planning, and market research.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally extensively.
