We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead sales and client acquisition for our printing and packaging division in Qatar. The role requires developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth by offering innovative, sustainable, and customized printing & packaging solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development & Sales
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in printing, packaging, corporate gifting, and related services.
- Generate leads, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with corporate and retail clients.
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners.
- Market Strategy & Growth
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Develop and execute business strategies to achieve sales targets and market expansion.
- Align growth initiatives with Qatar’s sustainability vision (Qatar National Vision 2030).
- Client & Project Management
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring timely communication and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with production, design, and logistics teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor quality, delivery timelines, and cost efficiency.
- Reporting & Performance
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipelines, and monthly/quarterly performance reports.
- Track KPIs and provide management with insights on business growth and challenges.
- Ensure collections and timely payments from clients.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of proven experience in business development/sales in printing, packaging, or allied industries.
- Strong knowledge of printing technologies, materials (paper, kraft, flexible packaging, labels, etc.), finishing processes, and sustainability practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Strong client relationship management and networking ability.
- Ability to work independently with a target-driven mindset.
- Valid Qatar driving license and own car preferred.
- Local candidates with transferable visa/NOC will be prioritized.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR4,500.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
