Summary: The Business Development Manager – Product & Sales is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities for the company’s IT products, services, and staff augmentation offerings. This role requires strategic market analysis, client relationship management, and coordination with product, marketing, and delivery teams to achieve business targets across the US and Indian markets

Requirements:

  • Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify potential clients in both US and Indian markets, generate leads, and develop long-term business relationships.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute strategies to sell IT products, services, and staff augmentation solutions; meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Product & Service Marketing Collaboration: Work with marketing and product teams to align sales campaigns with product offerings, create sales collateral, and support go-to-market strategies.
  • Proposal & Contract Management: Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals while ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to recommend strategic actions.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Sales Reporting & Metrics: Track KPIs such as sales pipeline, conversion rates, client engagement, and revenue contribution; provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with delivery, product, and marketing teams to ensure successful onboarding, project delivery, and client satisfaction.
  • Staff Augmentation Support: Identify client staffing needs, propose suitable talent solutions, and coordinate with recruitment teams to fulfill requirements

Experience:

  • 10–20 years of experience in business development, sales, and client management for IT products, services, and staff augmentation solutions.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales for both US and Indian markets, with measurable achievements in revenue growth, lead generation, and client acquisition.
  • Strong experience in managing the entire sales lifecycle: prospecting, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Experience in market research, competitive analysis, and creating sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and sales performance metrics.
  • Ability to collaborate with marketing, product, and delivery teams to ensure successful client onboarding and project delivery.
  • Exposure to staff augmentation services, understanding client staffing requirements, and managing talent delivery pipelines.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers across multiple regions.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive measurable business results and report performance metrics to senior leadership.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
