Job Overview

Biznet PMC is expanding its Project Management Consultancy (PMC) division and is seeking a high-caliber Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth.

This is not a traditional sales role. It is a high-value, relationship-driven position focused on securing development projects by engaging with landowners, investors, and developers.

You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building trust with decision-makers, and converting them into long-term project partnerships.

This role offers direct exposure to high-value real estate developments and the opportunity to work closely with key stakeholders in the market.

Key Responsibilities1. Client Acquisition & Strategic Growth

  • Identify and engage with:
  • Landowners
  • Private investors
  • Small to mid-scale developers
  • Generate and convert opportunities into PMC projects
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects

2. Land & Opportunity Sourcing

  • Source land development opportunities through:
  • Broker networks
  • Market intelligence
  • Direct outreach
  • Evaluate potential opportunities based on:
  • Location
  • Development potential
  • Client objectives

3. Consultative Business Development

  • Position PMC services as a strategic solution, not a service
  • Advise clients on:
  • Project feasibility
  • Cost optimization
  • Development strategy
  • Align proposals with client ROI expectations

4. Relationship & Stakeholder Management

  • Build long-term relationships with:
  • Developers
  • Investors
  • Industry stakeholders
  • Maintain consistent engagement to drive repeat business

5. Strategic Partnerships

  • Establish partnerships with:
  • Architects
  • Contractors
  • Consultants
  • Leverage these relationships to access new opportunities

6. Market Intelligence & Positioning

  • Stay informed on:
  • Dubai real estate trends
  • Construction costs and timelines
  • Contribute to positioning the company as a trusted advisory partner

Requirements

  • 3–10 years experience in:
  • Real estate
  • Construction
  • Project management
  • Business development
  • Strong network within Dubai real estate ecosystem
  • Understanding of:
  • Development lifecycle
  • Basic construction processes
  • Investment and ROI structures
  • Proven ability to manage long sales cycles
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
