Role Summary: We are looking for a Business Development Manager – System Integrator (SI Channel) to drive growth and strengthen our partnerships with key System Integrators across the region. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in enterprise infrastructure solutions, an understanding of the SI ecosystem, and the ability to build strategic, revenue-generating relationships that expand our presence in the enterprise IT market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Expansion: Identify, engage, and develop new business opportunities within the System Integrator community across the UAE and GCC.
  • Channel Development: Build and manage strong relationships with System Integrators, ensuring alignment on business objectives, enablement, and joint go-to-market plans.
  • Sales Growth: Drive revenue across the full product portfolio (Servers, Storage, Networking, and related solutions) by positioning technology value to partners and end customers.
  • Solution Positioning: Collaborate with SIs to design and deliver tailored enterprise solutions that meet customer infrastructure and cloud integration needs.
  • Vendor Alignment: Work closely with OEMs and vendor teams to leverage programs, joint marketing, and technical support to enhance sales outcomes.
  • Forecasting & Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate sales forecasts, track opportunities through CRM, and report performance metrics to management.
  • Training & Enablement: Support SI partners with product knowledge sessions, updates, and pre-sales assistance to strengthen their technical and commercial capabilities.
  • Competitive Insight: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify business risks and opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work with internal teams (product management, marketing, and operations) to ensure seamless execution of partner and customer engagements.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: Minimum 4 years in business development or channel sales within the ICT or enterprise infrastructure domain, preferably managing System Integrator partnerships.
  • Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of servers, storage, networking, and related enterprise solutions, including virtualization and cloud integration.
  • Industry Exposure: Familiarity with key vendors such as HPE, Dell, Lenovo, Cisco, or equivalent.
  • Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the UAE and GCC SI landscape, with established connections in the channel ecosystem.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills with a consultative selling approach.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or Business Administration. Relevant technical certifications are an advantage.
  • Other Requirements: Based in Dubai; willing to travel across the region as required

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
