Our Client is a leading manufacturer in the rail, infrastructure, and industrial composite markets, seeking a dynamic BDM to spearhead business expansion locally and internationally.
Roles/Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and growth targets.

Identify and pursue opportunities in the rail, industrial, and infrastructure sectors.

Build and maintain relationships with OEMs, EPC contractors, and key industry players.

Prepare proposals, bids, and commercial offers tailored to client needs.

Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure project feasibility.
-
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategy.
-
Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions.

Maintain detailed records of leads and project pipelines using CRM tools.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s in Engineering or Business Administration; MBA preferred.

8–10 years’ experience in business development or sales in manufacturing or industrial sectors.

Proven ability to secure large-scale projects, ideally within rail or infrastructure.
-
Strong understanding of composite materials and related manufacturing processes.
-
Experience in GCC or international markets highly valued.
