BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (REAL ESTATE)

Job Title: Business Development Manager – Real Estate Background (Oil & Gas Sector)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager with a strong real estate background to support growth initiatives within the Oil & Gas sector in Qatar. This site-based role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, supporting commercial strategies, and contributing to the expansion of the company’s real estate and oil & gas portfolio. The ideal candidate must have solid industry knowledge, strong market insight, and proven capability in developing business pipelines within large-scale industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the Oil & Gas and real estate sectors
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, clients, and partners
  • Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and upcoming project opportunities
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial offers for clients
  • Support contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and bid submissions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of business goals and operational capabilities
  • Track and report business development activities, pipeline progress, and market updates
  • Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and networking forums
  • Ensure all business activities comply with company policies and client standards
  • Contribute to strategic planning and long-term business growth objectives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 5–7 years of business development experience, preferably in real estate within the Oil & Gas or construction sector
  • Strong understanding of the Qatar market, commercial real estate trends, and oil & gas project cycles
  • Proven track record of generating leads, closing deals, and managing strategic partnerships
  • Excellent knowledge of proposal writing, bid management, and commercial negotiations
  • Strong network within the local real estate and industrial project sectors (advantage)
  • Valid Qatar driving license preferred
