Job Overview

Al Falah Estate is currently expanding its team and is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager with hands-on experience in real estate sales. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, confidence in client interactions, and a proven ability to successfully close deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the real estate sector
  • Generate leads and convert them into potential clients
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and investors
  • Effectively present and promote property investment opportunities
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends
  • Negotiate deals and ensure smooth transaction execution

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in real estate or property sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply
