We’re looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager with a proven record of closing deals in the digital services and tech industry.

The Opportunity

This is a 100% performance-based remote role with unlimited earning potential.
You’ll own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and pitching to client onboarding and retention.

Example:
Close a $20,000 project → You earn $4,000.
Close a $3,000/month retainer → You earn $600/month, recurring.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect & Close: Identify, pitch, and close clients needing web, app, IT, or marketing services.
  • Client Ownership: Manage the entire sales process and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Sell Smart: Position our services (SEO, PPC, SMM, Web Development) as core growth solutions.
  • Strategy & Consulting: Audit clients, craft strategies, and pitch recurring retainers.
  • CRM Management: Maintain a clear pipeline of leads, proposals, and conversions.
  • Market Awareness: Identify emerging digital trends and client opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in digital agency or software sales.
  • Strong background selling SEO, PPC, SMM, Web or App Development, or IT solutions.
  • Proven track record: Share 3–5 case studies or examples of sales success (required).
  • Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-starter: Comfortable working on pure commission with full autonomy.
  • Solid understanding of web technologies, hosting, and SaaS services.

  • You’ve sold $5K–$50K+ projects for digital agencies or software firms.
  • You can turn a one-time website inquiry into a long-term marketing retainer.
  • You generate your own leads via LinkedIn, email, referrals, or paid ads.
  • You’re hungry for results and know how to convert effort into income.
