Business Development Manager – Renovation & Fit-Out

- Identify and secure new B2B and private projects in the renovation and fit-out sector.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with facility management companies, developers, real estate firms, and private clients.
- Target and win projects in villas, buildings, hotels, restaurants, offices, clinics, and other high-end properties.
- Prepare and present company profiles, quotations, and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Collaborate with management to refine business strategies and partnerships.
- Stay updated on market pricing, competitor activities, and emerging trends.
- Report regularly on sales pipeline, leads, and project forecasts.
