Business Development Manager (Russian Speaker - Hospitality)

We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager (Russian Speaker) to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients (especially within Russian-speaking markets), and driving revenue growth for our hospitality brands and services.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management within the hospitality, F&B, or tourism industry.
• Fluent in Russian and English (written and spoken) – Arabic is an advantage.
• Strong network within the Russian-speaking market (UAE, CIS, or GCC preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
