Position Overview:
The Business Development Manager for IT Software Products is a key role responsible for driving growth and expanding the market presence of a company's software products. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, understanding market trends, and developing strategies to increase revenue and market share.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Market Analysis and Strategy Development:

Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive landscape.

Develop and implement strategic plans to target new business opportunities and expand market presence.

Monitor industry trends and provide insights to shape the company’s product offerings and sales strategies.
2.Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

Understand clients' needs and challenges to tailor solutions that meet their requirements.

3.Sales and Revenue Generation:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives.

Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and demonstrations of the software products to potential clients.

4.Collaboration and Coordination:

Work closely with the marketing, product development, and sales teams to ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs.

Provide feedback to the product development team based on client interactions and market demands.

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service and support.
5.Performance Tracking and Reporting:

Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and KPIs.

Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.

Experience:
3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the IT software industry in
HRMS/ DMS/ Asset Management/ CRM/ Travels.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.
