Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager with a strong background in FMCG, specifically in skincare, personal care, or cosmetic care, to join our growing team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing key accounts in marketplace environments, driving sales growth, and building lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Sales Strategy: Implement and execute sales strategies tailored to marketplace platforms to achieve revenue targets.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and supply chain, to align strategies and optimize account performance.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on account performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Negotiation: Lead negotiations with clients to secure profitable agreements and manage contract renewals.
  • Problem Solving: Address any client issues or concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in key account management within the FMCG sector, with a focus on skincare, personal care, or cosmetic care.
  • Proven experience in managing accounts on marketplace platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Results-driven mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
