Job Description:
We are seeking proactive and persuasive Business Development Managers (BDM) to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. In this role, you will be responsible for initiating contact with potential clients, conducting video-based product demos, qualifying leads, and converting them into customers. Success in this position requires confidence in cold outreach, excellent communication skills, and a strong track record of meeting or exceeding conversion targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct timely calls to identify, engage, and qualify potential customers.
- Execute targeted cold call campaigns to generate new sales opportunities.
- Deliver compelling video-based product demos that address customer needs and pain points.
- Qualify leads through structured questioning and assess their readiness to buy.
- Close deals by effectively handling objections, building value, and guiding prospects through the decision-making process.
- Demonstrate to convert the warm leads into successful conversions through effective product demonstrations
- Maintain accurate records of lead activity and pipeline status in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Consistently meet or exceed KPIs related to outreach, demo bookings, and conversion rates.
Requirements:
- Experience in SaaS or software product sales is highly preferred.
- Proven success in converting leads into customers through video calls and product presentations.
- Comfortable initiating conversations with new prospects via cold calls.
- Excellent verbal communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently to achieve performance targets.
