Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic professional to lead both business development and sales for clients in the Oil & Gas, Energy, Power, Utilities, and Heavy Manufacturing sectors.
This role focuses on:
- Acquiring new clients and expanding business opportunities
- Advising clients on company formation, licensing, and regulatory compliance in the UAE
- Driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and high-value deals
The ideal candidate combines strategic business development expertise with strong sales skills and has experience working with government entities, industrial clients, and major Free Zones.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Client Acquisition
- Identify and target high-value clients in industrial and energy sectors
- Generate leads, pitch proposals, and convert opportunities into revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with free zones, DED, law firms, EPC companies, and industry partners
- Support clients bidding for government and semi-government projects (e.g., ADNOC, DEWA, TAQA)
- Develop and execute strategies to grow market share and achieve sales targets
Sales & Advisory Services
- Advise clients on UAE company setup options (Mainland, Free Zone, Branch, etc.)
- Support licensing and approvals for industrial, energy, and power projects
- Ensure compliance with Corporate Tax, ESR, UBO, AML, VAT, and ICV requirements
- Coordinate with legal teams, PROs, and authorities to ensure smooth project execution
Leadership & Market Expertise
- Mentor junior team members on business development and sales techniques
- Stay updated on UAE regulations, industrial licensing, and market trends
- Act as a subject-matter expert for clients and internal teams
Requirements
Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field
- Minimum 5–7+ years of experience in business development, sales, or corporate advisory in the UAE
- Experience with Oil & Gas, Energy, Power, Utilities, or Heavy Industrial sectors preferred
- Proven track record of closing high-value deals and achieving sales targets
Skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong consultative sales and client management capabilities
- Deep understanding of UAE company formation, licensing, and industrial regulations
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Chinese) are an advantage
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
