We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager / Sales Executive to join our team and help expand our client base.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities
- Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and social media
- Present Lemacon’s digital services and convert leads into clients
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations
- Work with the marketing team on lead-generation strategies
- Meet weekly and monthly sales targets
- Maintain a proper sales pipeline and follow-up system
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of digital marketing services (preferred)
- Ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident
- Good organizational and follow-up skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing (preferred but not required)
