We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager / Sales Executive to join our team and help expand our client base.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities
  • Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and social media
  • Present Lemacon’s digital services and convert leads into clients
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations
  • Work with the marketing team on lead-generation strategies
  • Meet weekly and monthly sales targets
  • Maintain a proper sales pipeline and follow-up system

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of digital marketing services (preferred)
  • Ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident
  • Good organizational and follow-up skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing (preferred but not required)
