We are looking for a dynamic and confident Sales Executive Male to join our team — someone passionate about healthcare, business development, and achieving growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new client leads across all AstraMedic projects
• Conduct on-ground marketing: meet hospitals, clinics, doctors, and healthcare professionals for partnership opportunities.
• Build and maintain B2B and B2C relationships.
• Attend corporate meetings, represent AstraMedic Solutions, and pitch our services effectively.
• Identify potential leads from social media, WhatsApp inquiries, website forms, and referral networks.
• Conduct initial consultations (via call, WhatsApp, or meeting) to explain services (licensing, home care, equipment, etc.).
• Maintain an updated sales pipeline and follow up until the deal is closed.
• Follow up with potential clients and close sales through professional communication.
• Coordinate with the internal marketing and CSR teams to convert leads into confirmed clients.
• Prepare weekly sales reports and update progress regularly.
• Identify new market trends and suggest strategies for growth.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (Preferred: Business, Healthcare, or Marketing background)
• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales (on-site & Online), business development, or healthcare marketing
• Age: 24-30 Y
• Communication: Strong command over English & Urdu (verbal + written)
• Personality: Presentable, confident, and client-oriented
• Other Requirements:
• Must have own bike or conveyance for hospital/clinic visits
• Basic understanding of healthcare industry preferred
• Punctual, disciplined, and result-driven
