Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team and lead our efforts in creating high-impact digital campaigns that optimize ROI and boost clients' growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Strategy & Execution:

Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.

• Data Analysis & Reporting:

Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.

• Budget Management:

Plan and allocate advertising budgets effectively, ensuring efficient use of resources to meet campaign objectives.

• Ad Optimization:

Continuously test, refine, and optimize ad creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to improve campaign outcomes.

• SEO & SEM Integration:

Collaborate with the SEO team to align paid strategies with organic efforts, maximizing visibility and traffic.

• A/B Testing:

Conduct A/B tests on creative assets, landing pages, and ad copy to determine the most effective strategies.

• Market Research:

Stay updated with industry trends, competitive strategies, and emerging tools to ensure Reamarc Digital Solutions remains at the forefront of digital marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising roles.
• Proven track record of managing and optimizing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
