Position Overview

We are seeking a Social Media & Content Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes social media, knows how to tell powerful brand stories, and can turn complex tech solutions into engaging, human-centered content.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage daily posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
• Write high-quality, engaging content for social media, blogs, and campaigns aligned with M TECHUB’s brand voice.
• Develop and execute organic and paid campaign strategies to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
• Collaborate with designers and video editors to produce visually stunning, scroll-stopping content.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize content reach and engagement.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, AI tools, and emerging social platforms.
• Manage content calendars, campaign schedules, and community engagement activities.
• Work closely with the leadership team to promote new projects, case studies, and success stories.

Requirements

• Proven experience (2–4 years) in social media marketing and content writing, preferably in a tech or SaaS company.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills with an understanding of tone and brand positioning.
• Proficiency in tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or Buffer.
• Understanding of SEO, hashtags, and paid ad fundamentals (Meta, Google, or TikTok Ads).
• Creative mindset with a strong sense of design and trend awareness.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with LinkedIn B2B content strategy.
• Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Notion AI, etc.) for content ideation and automation.
• Knowledge of video scripting or short-form storytelling for Reels and TikToks.

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
