Digital Marketing Manager (Team Lead)

FTZ Digital is looking for a skilled and organized Digital Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team and oversee client projects. The ideal candidate understands every aspect of digital marketing, can develop effective strategies, and ensures each client’s requirements are met with quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the marketing team to deliver projects on time
• Develop complete marketing strategies for clients across different industries
• Communicate with clients to understand goals, requirements, and feedback
• Plan and execute digital campaigns across social media, SEO, PPC, and content marketing
• Monitor performance, prepare reports, and optimize campaigns
• Ensure client satisfaction and smooth project delivery
• Coordinate between the creative, design, and technical teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing (agency experience preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills
• Proven ability to plan and execute marketing strategies
• Hands-on experience with social media management, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO tools
• Ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
