Digital marketing manager

Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns for photocopier sales, service, and maintenance. The role involves building strong brand visibility, generating qualified leads, increasing sales inquiries, and promoting maintenance contracts across online platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and local business directories.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the sales and technical teams to ensure marketing efforts directly support business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and monitor integrated digital marketing campaigns for photocopier machines, spare parts, and maintenance services.
  • Generate and nurture qualified leads through paid ads, SEO, email campaigns, and retargeting.
  • Manage and optimize the digital marketing budget to ensure cost-effectiveness and maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with sales and service departments to design promotional content, offers, and product campaigns.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and other marketing tools to refine strategies.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
  • Enhance SEO/SEM strategies to improve online visibility for photocopier-related searches (e.g., “Ricoh copier dealer”, “Ricoh maintenance service”).
  • Manage social media presence to promote products, highlight customer success stories, and announce service packages.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports for management, including campaign outcomes and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in office equipment, photocopiers.
  • Proven expertise in managing Google Ads, Facebook campaigns, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, and email marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM software, etc.).
  • Ability to design and execute campaigns that directly drive sales and service inquiries.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to work across marketing, sales, and technical teams.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs35,000– Rs50,000 per month
