Partnership Officer

We are seeking motivated individuals, preferably living with type 1 diabetes, to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience in member support, partner engagement, and order fulfillment, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent position based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and strengthen relationships with members, partners, and stakeholders.
• Handle order placement, processing, and coordination with pharmaceutical companies and Meethi Zindagi Members.
• Record member satisfaction and ensure timely follow-up.
• Assist in scheduling and managing appointments with collaborating doctors.
• Provide administrative and operational support as needed

Who we’re Looking For:

• Degree in Pharm-D/CDE/Public Administration
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working in an office-based environment
• Willingness to learn and grow into a long-term role
