As we expand our digital footprint, we are seeking a Social Media & Digital Communications Manager to lead our online presence, strengthen our brand voice, and position CDIGITAL as a modern, trusted technology partner.

Role Overview

The Social Media & Digital Communications Manager will own the strategy, content, and execution of CDIGITAL’s digital communications across all platforms.

This role combines strategic storytelling, content creation, and analytics-driven performance management to elevate the company’s image, communicate its impact, and engage key audiences — from clients and partners to employees and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in B2B social media management, a strong grasp of corporate communication best practices, and the creative ability to translate complex technology and infrastructure projects into engaging, human-centered digital narratives.

Key ResponsibilitiesPeople

● Partner with the Director of Digital Strategy & Business Development and divisional teams to develop on-brand narratives and multimedia content.

● Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of tone, message, and visuals across platforms

● Build a consistent communication framework and maintain CDIGITAL’s brand identity, voice, and visual standards.

● Create internal guidelines and toolkits (social playbooks, posting SOPs, and campaign workflows).

● Provide guidance and feedback to creative resources (writers, designers, and videographers).

Client / Brand

● Lead the end-to-end management of social media channels (LinkedIn, X, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram).

● Develop and execute a strategic content calendar reflecting CDIGITAL’s divisions, projects, thought leadership, and partnerships.

● Craft engaging copy, graphics, and multimedia that bring technology-driven projects to life.

● Monitor online community interactions and ensure timely, professional engagement with audiences.

● Conduct social listening to identify trends, opportunities, and timely topics relevant to CDIGITAL’s industries.

● Maintain and regularly update content across CDIGITAL’s website, blog, and newsroom.
Value / Performance

● Lead the development and implementation of CDIGITAL’s digital communications strategy in alignment with corporate goals.

● Support the integration of social media into larger marketing, PR, and business development initiatives.

● Define, monitor, and report on KPIs — reach, engagement, sentiment, and conversion — using analytics tools (Meta Suite, LinkedIn Insights, etc.).

● Prepare monthly and quarterly reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.

● Benchmark against competitors and global technology firms to inform CDIGITAL’s digital positioning.

● Stay ahead of emerging trends, tools, and best practices in corporate B2B digital marketing.

Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

3–5 years of experience in managing social media or digital communications for a B2B, technology, or government-sector organization.

● Proven success in LinkedIn and corporate social media strategy (paid campaigns, organic growth, analytics).

● Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills in English.

● Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma for visual coordination.

● Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret metrics and translate them into strategy.

● Professional, proactive, and structured approach to digital communication.

Preferred Skills

● Experience managing integrated campaigns combining social, web, and PR activities.

● Knowledge of SEO, content management systems (CMS), and website analytics.

● Strong coordination skills for working with multidisciplinary technical and creative teams.

● Understanding of corporate branding and B2B audience engagement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
