Role Overview:
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing comprehensive digital marketing strategies. You will manage campaigns across multiple platforms, drive engagement, create compelling content, and collaborate closely with the sales and operations teams to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Plan, manage, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.
- SEO & Website: Implement SEO strategies to improve rankings, update website content, and ensure visibility.
- Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and manage social media content and engagement strategies across multiple platforms.
- Content Creation: Develop blogs, emails, and marketing materials that resonate with the target audience.
- B2B Marketing: Drive strategies to attract potential clients and partners.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all digital communications align with the BM Events brand voice and standards.
- Video Marketing & YouTube Optimization: Leverage video content to enhance engagement and reach.
- Graphic Design: Utilize tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for creative campaign visuals.
- Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3-5 years in digital marketing with strong experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, and social media management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other digital marketing tools.
- Content Skills: Strong copywriting and content creation skills for blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
- Social Media Expertise: Proven experience managing campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, optimize campaigns, and make data-driven decisions.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field.
