Location: Civic Center, Bahria Town, Rawalpindi
Timings: Evening Shift (5:00 PM to 1:30 AM) — 5 days/week
Salary: PKR 35,000 – 45,000 per month

About the Role:

We are seeking a Social Media Coordinator with strong English communication skills and a solid understanding of social media design and modern content tools, including AI-powered prompts.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth execution of our social media operations — from managing content schedules and coordinating with design and content teams to publishing across multiple platforms. You’ll play a key part in maintaining our online presence and ensuring consistency in tone, branding, and timing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the content, design, and operations teams to gather finalized social media assets.
• Manage and update the social media calendar to ensure timely publishing.
• Post content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Pinterest.
• Review captions, visuals, hashtags, and links to ensure accuracy and alignment with brand voice.
• Monitor engagement (likes, comments, shares) and share performance insights with the team.
• Ensure visual and tonal consistency across all channels.
• Assist in planning and executing new content ideas and campaigns.
• Utilize AI tools and prompts to enhance content quality and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) are a must.
• Strong understanding of social media design principles and content coordination.
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design platforms.
• Knowledge of using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, or similar) for content generation or ideation.
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience with short-form content (Reels, TikTok, or YouTube Shorts).
• Basic video editing or content optimization skills.
• Understanding of SEO or paid social media campaigns.
