CodeWorx Developers is a fast-growing IT services company specializing in web, mobile app, and AI solutions. We are looking for a Female Social Media Manager to lead our social media strategy, create engaging content, and strengthen our brand presence across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage and grow company accounts on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and Twitter.
• Create, schedule, and publish high-quality content (posts, reels, stories, graphics).
• Plan and execute paid ad campaigns to increase reach and generate leads.
• Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and suggest data-driven improvements.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to run campaigns and promotions.

Requirements

• Female candidates only.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
• Strong creative, communication, and content-writing skills.
• Proficiency in social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer, etc.).
• Knowledge of running Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn paid ads is required.
• Ability to manage multiple platforms and meet deadlines.
