Key Responsibilities:
SEO Responsibilities:
- Implement on-page SEO strategies including keyword optimization, meta tags, and URL structure.
- Manage off-page SEO activities such as link building, guest posting, and outreach campaigns.
- Conduct technical SEO audits to improve site speed, fix crawl errors, and ensure proper indexing.
- Use tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Search Console for keyword research, performance tracking, and reporting.
- Continuously work to increase organic traffic and search visibility.
Social Media Marketing Responsibilities:
- Create engaging content (images, videos, and copy) tailored for each platform.
- Develop and execute social media strategies for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Analyze social media insights and engagement metrics to improve performance.
- Handle community management by responding to comments, messages, and engaging with followers.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in both SEO and social media marketing.
- Strong understanding of SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console).
- Hands-on experience with social media management tools and paid ad platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data-driven insights.
- Creative thinker with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Preferred (Nice to Have):
- Experience in graphic design or video editing (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools).
- Prior experience in [your industry, e.g., digital marketing, e-commerce, or local service businesses].
