Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and strategic Marketing Professional who can manage our social media presence, engage audiences through compelling content, and lead podcast initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, social media strategy, and content creation, with a passion for building community and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube, etc.)
• Create engaging and relevant content to build and nurture online communities
• Manage end-to-end podcast production —from concept development and guest coordination to publishing and promotion
• Analyze social media metrics and optimize campaigns for better engagement and reach
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, sales, HR, leadership) to ensure brand consistency
• Stay up to date with digital trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing or social media management
• Proven experience in content creation, audience engagement, and community building
• Hands-on experience with podcast production tools and platforms
• Strong communication, storytelling, and project management skills

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of paid marketing campaigns and analytics tools
• Creative thinking with a data-driven approach
• Familiarity with graphic design or video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
