Business Development Lead (Global)
Location: Remote‑first, covering APAC, EMEA, Americas.
Reports to: CEO / CMO (matrix).

Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities for call‑center services, custom software development, and full‑stack digital‑marketing solutions worldwide.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with agencies, system integrators, and enterprise clients.
- Conduct market research to map competitive landscape, price‑benchmarking, and emerging verticals (FinTech, HealthTech, e‑Commerce).
- Prepare pitch decks, proposals, ROI models, and contract drafts in coordination with legal & finance.
- Own the end‑to‑end sales cycle: prospecting → discovery → demo → negotiation → closure → hand‑off to account management.
- Track pipeline metrics (win‑rate, deal size, sales velocity) and forecast revenue monthly.

Requirements
- 7‑10 yrs B2B business development, 3 + yrs in outsourcing/call‑center or software‑development services.
- Experience selling to mid‑market (USD 1‑5 M) and enterprise accounts (>USD 10 M).
- Strong network in GCC, Europe, and North‑America; ability to travel 20 % when needed.
- Fluency in English; additional language (Arabic, French, German, Mandarin) is a plus.
- Proven ability to negotiate contracts, manage legal reviews, and close multi‑million‑dollar deals.
- Comfortable with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) and data‑driven forecasting.
