Location: Rawalpindi (On-site)
Shift Timing: 03:00 AM – 12:00 Noon (PKST)
Pay: PKR 100,000 – 150,000 per month

Performance and Sales Bonuses, Grocery Vouchers, Gym Facility, Provident Fund.

Role Overview:

As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and expanding client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and driving revenue growth through proactive outreach. This role involves a mix of client engagement, cold calling, and virtual meetings (Zoom).

We’re looking for someone who is confident, energetic, extroverted, and target-driven — someone who enjoys connecting with people and can represent Raast Solutions professionally on international platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients and prospects.
  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Schedule and conduct Zoom meetings with potential clients to present services.
  • Understand client needs and propose suitable service solutions.
  • Maintain detailed records of leads, calls, and interactions in CRM tools.
  • Support the sales process by assisting in proposals, quotations, and coordination.
  • Contribute ideas to improve sales strategy and client engagement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales (B2B, B2C, Call Center, or BPO industry).
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
  • Confident and professional presentation skills (comfortable on camera).
  • Strong client-handling and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and meet monthly sales targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Zoom.
  • Must be able to work onsite during the 03:00 AM – 12:00 Noon (PKST) shift.
