KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER

Rawalpindi, Pakistan

Company Overview:

We are a leading name in the plastic household manufacturing company, proudly serving the market for over 40 years. With a strong reputation for quality and reliability, we are now looking to expand our sales team with a dedicated Key Account Manager (KAM) Modern Trade retail for our Rawalpindi / Islamabad operations.

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage and grow relationships with key B2B clients.

- Understand client needs and offer customized solutions.

- Ensure timely order processing, delivery, and after-sales service.

- Monitor sales performance and achieve monthly targets.

- Coordinate with production and logistics teams.

- Identify and convert new business opportunities within the region.

- Provide regular reporting to senior management.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree (Business/Sales/Marketing preferred).

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in sales and account management.

- Experience in modern trade retail sales and account management.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Rawalpindi / Islamabad.

- Own transport is preferred.
