Job summary:

Assistant Manager Sales will be responsible for driving sales and business development initiatives for AWTIL within the corporate & Retail sector. This role will involve identifying and cultivating relationships with corporate and retail clients, promoting the company's investment products and services, and achieving sales targets.

  • Exhibit behavior with consistent work ethics, attitude, and professionalism
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to target corporate clients and expand the company's client base.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate/retail sector to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate/retail clients, understanding their investment needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Promote the company's investment products and services to corporate clients through presentations, meetings, and networking events.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including investment professionals and marketing, to ensure alignment of sales strategies with client needs.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts, tracking progress towards sales targets and goals.
  • To carry out any other assignment(s) given from time to time by Head of Sales

Job Requirements:

  • Preferably Master’s degree in Finance/Accounts/Business Administration or equivalent.
  • At Least 3 Years of Experience is Sales/Business Development for an AMC

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs80,000.00 per month
