Business Development Manager / Sales Manager - Freight Forwarding

We are seeking a dedicated Freight forwarding Sales/Business Development Managers to join our sales team. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient growth of our main revenue streams. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in our company success.

Job Description :

 Business Development:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the freight forwarding industry.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

 Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, including importers, exporters, and third-party logistics providers.
• Provide clients with tailored solutions that meet their logistics and freight forwarding needs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

 Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or business development within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

 Skills:

• Strong knowledge of international freight forwarding, logistics, and supply chain management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and implement effective sales plans.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office suite.

Salary: As per Industry.

Locations: PAN India.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹2,500,000.00 per year
