As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving commercial growth, expanding market presence, and strengthening strategic partnerships within the Saudi F&B sector. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing key client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored F&B solutions across catering, hospitality, food services, and related operations.
The position involves:

Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and market expansion targets within the F&B sector.

Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across catering services, food production, hospitality operations, and corporate/industrial food solutions.

Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with key clients, decision-makers, and F&B industry stakeholders in the Saudi market.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for growth within F&B.

Lead proposal development, bid submissions, and commercial negotiations to secure competitive and profitable contracts.

Work closely with culinary, operations, supply chain, finance, and senior leadership teams to develop customized service offerings aligned with client needs.

Represent the company at F&B exhibitions, trade events, and networking platforms to strengthen brand visibility and generate qualified leads.

Manage existing accounts to ensure high customer satisfaction, service quality, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

Prepare business development reports, sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance updates for senior management.

Ensure all business development activities comply with company policies, Saudi regulations, and F&B industry standards.
We are Looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field.

10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or key account management within the F&B industry, including catering, hospitality food services, industrial catering, food production, or related sectors.

Strong, well-established network and client relationships within the Saudi F&B market.

Proven track record in achieving sales targets, securing F&B contracts, and developing long-term strategic partnerships.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
