Business Development Manager/ Senior Business Development Manager - Technology Staffing

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

We are looking for a high-performing Senior Business Development Manager to drive IT staffing sales growth across the UAE and Middle East region. This role is all about building strong client relationships, closing deals, and positioning our customer brand as a top IT manpower partner. Key Responsibilities

  • Hunt & Win: Drive new client acquisition and generate revenue from target industries such as BFSI, Telecom, Government, Technology, Energy, and Retail.
  • Build Relationships that Stick: Engage with C-level executives, HR heads, and decision-makers to establish long-term partnerships.
  • Own Your Numbers: Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Pitch with Impact: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations that win business.
  • Expand Existing Accounts: Grow revenue from current clients through cross-selling and upselling IT staffing solutions.
  • Stay Ahead: Track competitor moves, market trends, and hiring demands to capitalize on new opportunities.
  • Work as a Closer: Partner with the recruitment/delivery team to ensure clients get quality profiles quickly and within SLAs.

What We’re Looking For

  • 6+ years of Business Development / Sales experience in IT staffing in the UAE or Middle East.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong client network and ability to open doors at enterprise accounts.
  • Solid understanding of IT roles, technologies, and staffing models (contract, permanent, outsourcing).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Self-starter, driven, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Familiarity with regional outsourcing laws and Emiratization initiatives is a plus.
