Senior Account Manager

Position Overview:

As a Senior Account Manager, you will be the key point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met while delivering top-notch digital marketing strategies and solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive the execution of campaigns, optimize client success, and build long-term relationships. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of key client accounts, providing excellent service and strategic guidance.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
  • Lead the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Drive client satisfaction and retention through proactive communication, problem-solving, and exceptional service.
  • Develop and nurture strong client relationships, understanding their business goals and aligning strategies to meet their objectives.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-focused environment.
